The Hottest Rooftops in Rome

The long-awaited day has arrived and you have arrived in Rome. You checked in, unpacked your luggage, pulled out maps and started your day. You took a tour of the Colosseum, ate a good pizza at one of the pizzerias in the city, continued with a selfie session near the Wishing Fountain and a tour of the Roman Forum... and whoop! The sunset came. What is more valuable than a beautiful investment? Beautiful sunset in Rome. And what's even more worth it? A beautiful sunset at Rooftop in Rome! If you are still tired (or hungry) from the lunchtime pizza, we suggest you relax with a glass of refreshing cocktail, appetizers and a perfect view in the hottest rooftops in Rome! Here are our recommendations:

1. ZUMA

Zuma is an international restaurant chain that exists in cities such as London, New York and Mykonos, and since 2016 also in Rome. It is located in the luxurious Palazzo Fendi hotel in the heart of the city and next to the Spanish Steps. The restaurant “dominates” over two floors, and you can dine on the beautiful terrace with a view of the entire city! What makes Zuma unique is the pleasant ambient music and the fact that it does not serve Italian food (as we are used to seeing in restaurants in Italy), but authentic and excellent Japanese food, with an emphasis on sharing dishes (izakaya style), sushi and Robata grill (the Japanese version of barbecue). Special dishes for example: lobster maki with avocado, truffle mayonnaise, pickled beets and trout eggs; eye steak with wapo sauce and garlic crisps; Jerusalem artichoke in tempura with porcini and miso mayonnaise. The restaurant is open every day and it is recommended to order in advance (and also prepare your wallets because it is an expensive restaurant). Add a glass of sake and you’ll be set!
